What a difference paint makes.

Paint is the least expensive design tool available. These two photos are of a house I recently worked on in Longmont, CO prove that point. It is the story of a lovely house with great bones that was hidden in layers of old sad finishes. Like Cinderella with the proverbial ball gown and crystal shoes, this house was transformed into a beautiful princess (okay maybe not quite that feminine but you get the idea). The magic was performed by Bruce Rice and his crew of Discovery Construction in record time.  Alas, you cannot have her. Within one week on the market she found her prince charming and is now living happily ever after. The End.
